Leticia Herrera, a successful minority woman entrepreneur — owner and operator of ECI, a thriving Chicago-based company that specializes in metal and stone restoration and construction management. In her role as Chairman, Leticia Herrera oversees all phases of the firm's operations and plays an active part in working with clients to develop long range preventative maintenance programs.
In addition to running her business, Herrera serves as chair of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the first woman to hold the position. She travels extensively and is involved in many entrepreneurial conferences and activities.
